Mengar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (pet food), we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
