🚚 Domestic Shipping – Kuwait

  • Delivery Time: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time.

  • Shipping Provider: We use trusted third-party local couriers.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout and includes all delivery costs.

  • Notes: Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

📦 Shipping to Saudi Arabia

We offer two shipping options for customers in Saudi Arabia:

1. Naqel Express

  • Delivery Time: Within 6 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout.

  • Includes: Shipping, customs duties, and applicable taxes.

2. DHL Express

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: Higher than Naqel, but faster service.

  • Includes: Full coverage of shipping, duties, and taxes.

🌍 International Shipping – Rest of the World

  • Carrier: DHL Express.

  • Delivery Time: Usually within 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout.

  • Includes: Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes where applicable.

📌 Important Notes

  • All shipping charges include delivery fees, duties, and any applicable taxes—you will not be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance delays, courier issues, or public holidays.

Mengar is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies or customs authorities.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide any required documents, permits, or licenses to local customs in case the shipment is held or delayed in their country.

📩 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package in real-time. ( for DHL only )
