At Mengar, we take great care in producing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products (animal food), we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure safety and quality.
🛒 Returns Policy
Because our products are perishable and intended for animal consumption, we do not accept returns on any food items, including opened or unopened packages.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, we kindly ask that you:

Attach clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item)
Once verified, we will either:

Replace the product at no cost to you

Refund the amount to your original payment method
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days back to your original method of payment.
Please note that:
